The UNFPA Sub-Regional Office for the Caribbean has been sharing a suite of multimedia messages during the COVID-19 pandemic. The following message focuses on A Healthy Body: Pregnancy and After Delivery during COVID-19 - Eat healthy food, Keep hydrated and Strengthen your immune system.

Eat healthy food, it gives both you and your baby a boost!
Keep hydrated by drinking sufficient water and natural juices.
Avoid sweet drinks, caffeine, artificial juices, and sparkling carbonated drinks like sodas.
It is more important than ever to avoid alcohol and smoking so as to keep your baby healthy.
All these will help you to strengthen your immune system to fight COVID-19
