The UNFPA Sub-Regional Office for the Caribbean has been sharing a suite of multimedia messages during the COVID-19 pandemic. The following message focuses on A Healthy Body: Pregnancy and After Delivery during COVID-19 - Do physical exercises, avoid poor circulation, take your vitamins if sun exposure is reduced

Do approximately 1 hour of physical exercise every day: e.g. walk; dance; climb up and down the stairs.
Remember to move your legs every 2 hours to avoid poor circulation.
Consider taking Vitamin D if your exposure to sun is reduced due to the COVID-19 “stay-at-home” preventive measure.

We invite you to share this COVID-19 message and our other messages with your partners, friends and family members. They may be found in digital media formats on our social media platforms at the links below.
