Dr Lynora Fevrier Drigo, District Medical Officer at the Ministry of Health explains the importance of primary health care in the handling of GBV survivors. She makes the link between evidence-based approaches in medicine and the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) needed for GBV interventions.
