The Sub-regional Office for the Caribbean (SROC) of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) is seeking a qualified Programme Support Consultant to assist in the design, planning, execution, and management of UNFPA's programmes. This consultancy will provide vital administrative, programmatic, and operational support, including supply chain and logistical support in humanitarian contexts.

The key Responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative support and office management/operations.
- Ensure compliance with established procedures in financial transactions related to office management and operations.
- Facilitate administrative support by developing and utilizing appropriate mechanisms and systems.

Qualifications:
-Experience:

-Minimum of two (2) years of experience in providing administrative support.
 -At least three (3) years of experience in providing programmatic support within NGOs and/or government institutions.
 -Financial management and/or bookkeeping experience is an asset.

- Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma.
- Language Requirements: Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory. Proficiency in any other local language is an asset.
