UNFPA Staff from across the region visited Jamaica for a staff retreat in December in an effort to reflect on the successes and challenges in 2022 and make preparations for 2023. Some of the objectives of the retreat included identifying connections and opportunities for teams to support each other to achieve outcomes reflect on key elements essential for the office to have a high performing, cohesive and inclusive team culture and develop our communication skills for team cohesion.
