The Official Launch of the 2018 State of the World Population (SWOP) Report took place in St. Lucia on the 19th of November 2018, in collaboration with the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean State (OECS).
Dr. Carlene Radix, Head of the Health Unit at the OECS Commission welcomed the guests while Ms. Denise Blackstock, Ad Interim Liaison Officer delivered remarks on the SWOP 2018 report. Prior to the Official Handover, Dr. Stephen King, President of the St. Lucia Planned Parenthood Association shared messages related to the report.
