Since the damage and loss of lives caused by Hurricane Maria in Dominica in September 2017, UNFPA Caribbean has been working to build national capacity and resilience by delivering workshops in collaboration with NGOs.  GBV workshops have been led by local partners such as Delia Cuffy-Weeks who is the Executive member of the Dominica National Council of Women.
