On Tuesday, 18 December 2018, the Barbados Association of Endometriosis and P.C.O.S. (BAEP), in collaboration with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) Sub-Regional Office for the Caribbean in Barbados hosted the official launch of their first book entitled: “Invisible NOT Imaginary”.

 The Barbados Association of Endometriosis and P.C.O.S. (BAEP) endeavours to: “bring relevant and effective awareness of Endometriosis, P.C.O.S. and similar debilitating pelvic disorders to the Barbadian population that encourages discourse with and tangible support for those who have these conditions”.

The book is a collection of fictional short stories, told from the Caribbean perspective of women and girls who suffer from endometriosis and other debilitating pelvic disorders.
